Package Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure a safe transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and affix it securely to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
